(Sajdah)in Prayer
2/125 Remember
We made the House a place of assembly for men and a place of 3/113 Not all of
them are alike: Of the People of the Book are a portion that stand : They
rehearse the Signs of God all night long, and they prostrate
themselves in adoration 13/15 Whatever beings there are in the heavens and the earth do prostrate themselves to God (Acknowledging subjection), with good-will or in spite of themselves: so do their shadows in the morning and evenings. 17/107 Say:
"Whether ye believe in it or not, it is true that those who were
given knowledge beforehand, when it is recited to them, fall down on their
faces in humble prostration, 17/109 And they fall down on their faces weeping, and it adds to their humility. 20/70 So the
magicians were thrown down to prostration: they said, "We believe in
the Lord of Aaron and Moses". Chapter 32 As
Sajdah (The Prostration or Adoration) 32/15 Only those believe in Our Signs, who, when they are recited to them, fall down in adoration (prostration), and celebrate the praises of their Lord, nor are they (ever) puffed up with pride. 38/24 (David)
said: "He has undoubtedly wronged thee in demanding thy (single) 48/29 Muhammad
is the apostle of God; and those who are with him are strong 22/77 O ye who believe! bow down,
prostrate
yourselves, and adore your Lord; 50/40 And during part of the night, (also,) celebrate His praises, and (likewise) after the postures of adoration (prostration and bowing).
